When Kids on Wheels started in 2011, owner Angie Papas saw a need to help busy parents drive their young ones to school, daycare, sports and other activities.  Kids on Wheels was created, not only to help these parents with their transportation needs, but to help parents feel a peace of mind that their children were being taken care of with the respect and compassion required to make them feel safe.
